?45,000 - ?55,000 plus full company benefits

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Change Manager to join this globally recognised organisation. The Change Manager will be accountable for and will oversee the operational change management initially within the service planning area of the business, but in turn to roll out this model as best practise across the European operation of the business. The successful candidate will be expected to take full responsibility of key deliverables within change management across the business, this will include operational process ownership of change, standardisation of procedures and methods, and management of associated risk. In addition to this you will have full have responsibility that change management policy, standards and processes meet all business objectives.

Essential experience

- In depth understanding of change management within a large, complex IT rich organisation
- Detailed knowledge of standards, methods and tools relevant to change management
- Experience of delivering change management within a multi-national business
- Detailed knowledge of change management within a service planning/operational environment.
